Product questions and custom ideas
Contact the studio for help choosing a ceramic piece, understanding the available specifications or discussing a personal design. For an existing product, include its name or page link so we can identify the right piece.
Tell us what you have in mind
For a custom inquiry, share the shape, colors, name or words you would like, together with any reference images. Use our custom ceramic inquiry form to send the details. We discuss feasibility, pricing and timing before you commit; submitting an inquiry does not place or pay for an order.
For an existing order, include the order number and a brief description of the question. Please avoid sending card details or passwords. You can also read our shipping and care information and refund and returns policy.
